How WEIRD for a speaker! Right?
Well, I am breathless and blown away by yesterday so I will try to articulate my
immense gratitude.
Can you put a day in a snow globe?

I had never used the words bucket list before until I started sharing with
people including Jordan Gatterdam and Dana Baker that speaking for Southwest Airlines was on my list!
Is a list a list when there is only one item on it?

When Sam Unell reached out to me to speak at the Women Empowered Conference, I could not believe it and jumped at the opportunity!
The first people I thought of were Jordan and Dana followed by Manzel Chapman and David Harvey two people who are not only passionate about their company culture, they LUV it.
More than that, they just pour out their LUV for people every day on this
platform.
This LUV for Southwest was palpable from every person present to celebrate not only hashtag#internationalwomensday2024, more than that, to celebrate each other in a powerful and epic way!
What an honor and privilege to be a part of this event! Thank you so to every wonderfully weird human being in attendance both live and virtual, AV folks and every single person who made this event possible.
